this isn’t fair, i say all of these things, on a loop, at all times
ive had a rly weird couple weeks but im tryna like, find that balance between letting myself decompress and kicking my own ass into productivity bc after awhile i get caught in that feedback loop of:
- a. feeling mad stresst
- b. then telling myself im stressed bc its all i can think about
- c. staying in that mindset and getting depressed about it which s also stressful and avoiding things that would make me feel significantly less stressed out lmao
so i just went for a five mile walk with my mom and im tryna just apply to as many jobs as i can and make sure i go out with friends and get outta my apartment and do things that make me feel accomplished even if it’s small.
